POWDER COATING

Our 230-meter-long powder coating facility is one of the largest automatic powder coating shops in Europe. The entire painting process - from chemical cleaning right through the application of powder coating - is completely automated, allowing us to conserve energy while maintaining highest environmental standards (and also enabling the utilization of accumulated thermal energy in the process).

The WAGNER SuperCube booth ensures even flow and an optimal distribution of paint and allows for a quick change of paint colour. The booth-integrated manual coating stations allow for additional application of paint using hand spray guns in all areas which are hard-to-reach.  The paint retention system installed within the booth improves the safety of our workers, raises the level of environmental protection and effectively reduces production costs.

Maximum dimensions of pieces that can be painted in our coating facility: width - up to 1500 mm, height - up to 1800 mm, depth - up to 3500 mm, weight - up to 100 kg per one section of the transport chain.  The feed rate is determined by the size of the coated piece and ranges from 0.7 to 1.8 m per minute.

Painting efficiency amounts to coating of approx. 150 T of steelwork in a 24-hour cycle, which constitutes, for example, 700 transport containers measuring 2400 x 1240 x 1500 mm and weighing approx. 200 kg.

PAINT BOOTHS

At Trimco we also use Yoki Star paint spray booths and paint drying systems for electrostatic liquid painting of components that exceed the working range of our powder coating facility. Our spray paint booths measuring 3 m in height, 5 m in width and 8 m in length and the entrance door of dimensions 4.5 m x 2.5 m allow for painting of non-typical pieces.
