Our design office is equipped with FaroArm® - a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). The Faro laser systems used in our work are the most advanced and comprehensive tools for 3D measurement and visualizations available on the market. This sophisticated measurement technology allows for more efficient result processing and ultimately optimizes our production process.
The complexity of Faro measurement system makes it possible to use it in a multi-directional way - from measuring small details to mapping large-scale structures. We provide an in-depth analysis of the data collected through METROLOG X4 inspection software and present our clients with easy-to-read reports.
• Dimensional analysis: measurement accuracy control and quality control of each piece / detail produced (including large-scale structures).
• Construction of welding templates and assembly equipment: capability to perform volumetric tests on parts and molds thereby ensuring the highest production standards.
• Production control: capability to perform real-time measurement control directly on the production line during the ongoing production process.
• Production pre-run control: capability to check pre-production results by verifying the conformity of the parts with the technological and design requirements.
• CAD-based verification: comparing production results with the CAD model in order to identify deviations.
