Trimco has extensive experience in the machining of steel. With Trimco's highly-skilled workers and advanced machinery, the production-flow of components is smooth and undisturbed.

Our services include cutting of metal sheets, profiles, channel bars, pipes and sheet metal bending as well as a range of other steel machining processes.

We use sheet metal guillotines with working length of 3000 mm and cutting depth of up to 12 mm to cut out required formats. Guillotine cutting is a non-complicated and easy process for obtaining simple shapes from metal sheets.

More complex shapes are made with the use of 2D laser cutters, which are also used for profile and pipe cutting. Thanks to our metal machining capacity, we are not constrained in the design of diverse components or solutions used in our products. Laser cutting allows for obtaining any desired shape while maintaining high accuracy and reproducibility of the cut out pieces. We cut steel, aluminum, copper and brass. Trimco is powered by TRUMPF laser cutting machines. The working range of the machine is 3000 x 1500 mm. Maximum sheet thickness for structural steel is 25 mm.

We use press brakes with pressing force of 170 T and the working length of up to 3000 mm to form components from metal sheets. With its specialist equipment, Trimco has the capacity to bend angle bars, channel bars and z bars of non-standard dimensions.
